Woori Bank played their opener Wednesday night to much fanfare. After moving their home games to a new gym in Asan, Woori Bank faced a KB Stars team who are one of the few teams to have beaten them in the past. In what was a competitive first half, Woori took a three point lead into the half. The third quarter saw both teams exchange baskets as Pierson did all she could to keep the game close. But in the fourth it was all Jonquel Jones and Woori Bank. Again, Jones was unstoppable, securing her second double double in as many games.
