With a national holiday on Wednesday, the midweek round featured a couple of afternoon games. Zaragoza picked up their first win by beating Gipuzkoa 69-47 even though Astou Traore was the leading scorer. Ana Suarez led Ferrol past Sedis 74-65 although Tirera Meiya had another good game for the hosts. Haley Peters continues to lead the way for Girona as they beat Araski 79-56. The duo of Rita Montenegro and Ariel Edwards helped Bembibre past Julie Forster and Al-Qazeres 88-69. Promete got their first win and left Gran Canaria as the only winless team after beating them 77-42. Avenida continued to roll as it was Silvia Dominguez doing the scoring in an 86-47 win at CREF. The day finished with Amisha Carter and Gernika beating Zamarat 68-47.
