Another uneven round of games started on Thursday as some teams are getting domestic play out of the way before continental competitions. Kamile Nacickaite efficiently led Dynamo Moscow past Kazanochka 62-51. On Friday, UMMC continued to win games without key components of their roster as they won 77-53 at Spartak Noginsk, who did get a good game from Marina Krivolapova. MBA Moscow played their first game of the season, hosting Dynamo Novosibirsk and losing 76-55. There was one game on Saturday as Dynamo Kursk easily handled Spartak Moscow 71-44. Nadezhda got another piece of their final roster in town in time for Sunday’s game against Enisey, winning 92-55. There were more games on Monday as Emma Cannon and Chevakata edged Latoya Williams and Dynamo Novosibirsk 73-69. UMMC is still missing key players, but controlled proceedings against Dynamo Moscow in a 58-46 win.
