The second leg of all four matchups were played on Sunday with scores from both games combined to determine a winner. San Martino won the second game 71-49 over Orvieto to advance outright by a 147-108 margin. Napoli was thought to be in a secure position returning home after a solid win in the first game, but Torino won regulation by the exact 13 point margin needed to force overtime, which got them to a 76-55 game win and the 119-115 series edge. Gintare Petronyte had another good game, but down a player, the hosts could not contend with the balance of their opponents. Parma trailed slightly as they returned home to face Vigarano and Christine Clark and Valeria De Pretto powered them to a 89-66 win and the 161-143 series win. Battipaglia had a lead from the first game as they traveled to Umbertide. They went ahead and won the second game as well 79-76 to advance 149-135 as half of the series were won by the team lower in the standings. Marzia Tagliamento’s shooting helped the visitors from Battipagla get the win against Umbertide as Meighan Simmons could not carry her team to the win.
