The two predicted teams made the Finals as the series started on Monday. Maccabi Ashdod looked to be in position to secure a road win and continue the momentum from the last game after a very close first three quarters. However, Maccabi Ramat Hen came back late on their home court to secure the early advantage 72-68. Chelsea Hopkins, normally content with running the offense for the rest of the team, took the lead scoring role along with dishing out her usual assists to secure the win. The difference in team composition was clear as the foreign trio for the hosts each outperformed all of the foreign players for the visitors. The series continues on Thursday with a switch in venues.
