Ragusa beat San Martino 69-54 as they waited for the result of the bigger game to end the day. Napoli appears to be finding their stride at the right point in the season after a 79-47 win over Orvieto. Venezia still stands alone in fourth place as they beat Torino 69-57 despite the best efforts of Jolene Anderson. Antiesha Brown led Sesto San Giovanni to a 71-60 win over Umbertide as they still harbor hopes for a dramatic late escape to safety. The big game game finished the day as Francesca Dotto was the leading scorer, but Lucca lost 68-66 to Schio, preventing them from building a big lead in first place.
