The playoffs started on Wednesday with Game 1 of the Quarterfinals.  Sopron had no difficulties with ZTE in the first game as they won 87-44.  Miskolc had a much tougher than expected time with Atomeromu, but did win 63-57.  Gyor beat Cegledi 70-60.  The series that was expected to be the closest did not disappoint as Pecsi needed a great game from Elina Babkina to edge Pecs 62-60 and complete the sweep for the home teams.
