Samsung didn’t come to play Thursday night as Woori came to their home court and completely dominated. Woori held Samsung to just 18 points in the first half and led by as many as 20 and eventually more than 30 in the second half! Unfortunately for Samsung, Amber Harris suffered a season ending injury during the game leaving them with only Stokes, as of now, for the rest of the season. Shinhan Bank escaped a close game at KDB with a win. Both teams battled throughout the game but Shinhan pulled out the win to keep them in contention for a spot in the playoffs. Hana came out strong against Samsung and took a five point lead into halftime. Samsung fought back in the second half, winning the third quarter but it wasn’t enough to come out with the win. Woori Bank clinched the regular season with their win over KB stars on Sunday. For the third season in a row they have won the regualr season and will receive a bye in the first round of the playoffs.
