After missing nearly a month of play Charde Houston returned to the lineup for Hana Bank this week. Houston didn’t seem to miss a beat as she scored 25 points and pulled down 8 rebounds in just 17 minutes of play. After losing the first quarter Hana picked up the pace and never looked back. A convincing win at home leaves them in second place in the standings.

Woori Bank took on Shinan Bank at home this round. Shinhan who are on a three game win streak were looking to extend their streak Monday night. Woori, coming off a loss were ready to bounce back. In what was a competitive first half Shinhan took a one point lead into the half. Worri came out in the second and put on their full court press to rattle the visitors. They held Shinhan to just 8 points in the quarter while scoring double that themselves. This made the diffence as Woori won the fourth by two points and won the game.

Last placed KDB took on KB Stars at home Wednesday night. KDB, desperate for a win and down at the half KDB came out in the second half ready to compete. Losing the third by only three points they stepped up thier play in the fourth and won the quarter 17-9. With the ball and 9 seconds left on the clock KDB had a chance to win the game. Pierson got a shot off but was unable to score the basket and the game went into overtime. Overtime was all KB Stars and they came out with the win on the road.
