KEB Hana lost a tough game at home Wednesday night. Up against fourth placed Samsung, KEB was up only one at the end of the first quarter. Samsung came out in the second stanza hitting on all cylinders. They dominated the quarter holding Hana to just eight points. Samsung took a 12 point lead into the half. Hana made a push in the fourth but it was a little too late and Samsung came out with a huge win against the second placed team.

The star of this game was Korean player Kim Dambi who led the team in scoring with 22 points. It was a low scoring first half where both teams failed to reach 30 points. In the second half Shinhan began to slowly separate themselves. Despite a big effort from Hamby inside KB stars were unable to pull off the upset on the road. Shinhan has now won two games in a row and sit alone in second place in the standings.

On Friday KEB Hana took on Woori Bank at home. One of two teams that have handing Woori a loss this season Hana looked to repeat that result. A valiant effort from Hana where they scored 46 points in the paint was not enough to topple the league leaders.  A balanced effort from Woori where they saw three players score in double figures kept Hana Bank at bay. Woori will close out the second round sitting in first place in the standings.

KEB Hana vs. Woori Bank 62-68 KEB Mosby 16/10 (27min)  Houston 9/1 (12min) Lee 18/12/3 (36min) WOO Stricklen 12/9 (22min) Goodlet 8/5 (18min)
