Antiesha Brown was edged in the individual battle with Meighan Simmons, but her team came away with the win as Sesto San Giovanni escaped Umbertide 67-65. Vigarano beat Cagliari as Nikolina Milic and Samantha Prahalis literally did not get enough help with the bench only playing one minute. The trio of Immaculada Zanoguera, Reshanda Gray, and Kourtney Treffers helped Battipaglia offset the relentless Uju Ujoka in their 87-81 win over Parma. Venezia stifled Torino 63-44. Ragusa won 67-59 against San Martino as they tried to figure out where they would stand after the weekend. The most anticipated game saw Lucca hand Schio a second straight loss 63-47 to retain the league lead. A special late game saw Jelena Ivezic lead Napoli past Orvieto 73-64.
