Two teams remain undefeated in Israel, although each got a test in the third game. Bnot Hertzeliya needed to come back against shorthanded and winless Hapoel Petah-Tikva while Maccabi Ramat Hen held off a Maccabi Ashdod team that has to be considered underachieving early in the season. A battle of winless teams went to Ramat Hasharon as Lauren Mincy led them in scoring while Atonye Nyingifa had a strong effort in the loss. Both players took the top two scoring honors for the week. Jennifer O’Neill was another point guard who was close to a triple double alongside Chelsea Hopkins and Jasmine Thomas as she and Hapoel Rishon-Lezion handed ASA Jerusalem its first loss.
