Gernika kept pace with the leaders after beating Ferrol. Traditionally strong Gran Canaria continued their struggles as Promete headed to the island and won. Sunday action started in Zaragoza, where the hosts beat Cadi La Seu. The weekend closed with Zamarat handing league newcomers Azkoitia another loss to keep them winless.
